- Handle insurance inquiries and provide accurate policy information to clients
- Process insurance applications and claims with precision and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

- Document client interactions and maintain accurate records

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Previous experience in insurance, customer service, or call center environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Basic knowledge of insurance products and processes
- Proficiency in using customer service software and MS Office applications
