Clark Outsourcing is seeking a highly organized Intake & Scheduling Coordinator to join our growing team in Pampanga. In this critical role, you will act as the primary point of contact for facilitating patient care transitions and optimizing provider schedules to ensure seamless service delivery.
We are looking for someone who excels in fast-paced environments, possesses exceptional communication skills, and has a deep understanding of healthcare workflows. You will be responsible for balancing administrative accuracy with compassionate customer service, ensuring that our clients receive the support they need when they need it most.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end patient intake processes, ensuring accurate data entry and timely processing of referrals.
- Coordinate and maintain complex scheduling for clinical staff and home health providers to maximize operational efficiency.
- Serve as the primary liaison between patients, healthcare providers, and internal clinical teams to resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Verify insurance information and documentation to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal standards.
- Monitor and update patient records in ABS or similar Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems with high attention to detail.
- Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and internal messaging, providing professional and timely resolutions.
- Generate and analyze daily reports regarding scheduling metrics and intake volume for management review.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience in healthcare intake, medical scheduling, or high-volume customer service roles.
- Proven proficiency in using ABS (or similar healthcare/EMR systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of home health operations and patient care coordination.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize urgent requests, and work independently in a remote or office-based setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering excellent patient experiences.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in healthcare administration are a plus.
