Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive maintenance plans for complex systems to ensure high operational readiness.
- Conduct Level of Repair Analysis (LORA) and Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability (RAM) studies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate logistics support requirements into the system lifecycle.
- Monitor and analyze maintenance performance data to identify trends and implement preventative measures.
- Ensure compliance with international standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare technical documentation, maintenance manuals, and logistics support reports for stakeholders.
- Participate in technical reviews and provide engineering expertise during the design and procurement phases.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in ILS, Maintenance Planning, or Product Support Engineering.
- Strong understanding of ILS elements including supply support, maintenance planning, and technical documentation.
- Proficiency in maintenance management software and engineering analysis tools.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex technical data.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interface with internal teams and external vendors.
