- Document network configurations, incidents, and maintenance activities systematically

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or related technical field
- 3+ years of experience in network operations or telecommunications maintenance
- Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, MPLS) and infrastructure
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+) preferred
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (as specified in position requirements)
- Proficiency in network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios)
