Are you an experienced Integration Analyst with a passion for banking technology? We are currently seeking a highly skilled professional to join a dynamic team in the heart of Ortigas. In this role, you will be the bridge between complex banking infrastructure and seamless digital delivery. You will be responsible for defining, validating, and optimizing the functional aspects of integrations between our Deposits Management System (DMS) and various internal banking platforms and customer-facing channels.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of core banking systems and middleware, with a proven track record of ensuring data integrity and system reliability in high-stakes environments. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including developers, business analysts, and product owners, to ensure that integration projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with banking security standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Define and document functional requirements for API and system integrations between DMS and internal banking platforms.
- Conduct end-to-end validation and user acceptance testing (UAT) for new integration releases.
- Map data flows between the Deposits Management System and auxiliary channels to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve integration bottlenecks to maintain high availability of banking services.
- Collaborate with IT development teams to translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Monitor system performance post-integration and provide documentation for maintenance teams.
- Ensure all integrations comply with banking security regulations and data privacy protocols.
- Act as a subject matter expert for integration issues during project lifecycle management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in systems analysis, integration, or middleware support within the banking/financial services industry.
- Strong technical understanding of Deposits Management Systems (DMS) and banking middleware architectures.
- Proficiency in data mapping, API documentation, and systems integration testing methodologies.
- Experience working in an Agile or Scrum environment, managing requirements and backlogs.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of bridging technical and non-technical discussions.
- Knowledge of SQL and basic understanding of database structures common in banking environments.
