Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive technical support for Trials, Pilots, and Proof of Concepts (PoC) to ensure successful deployment.
- Perform on-site field support, including system configuration, installation, and troubleshooting in operational environments.
- Analyze technical data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and system optimization.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies into existing systems seamlessly.
- Document all technical activities, procedures, and incident reports accurately for regulatory and knowledge-sharing purposes.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders regarding technical issues and system status.
- Conduct training sessions to educate teams and end-users on system usage, features, and safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in integration engineering, field support, or technical project management.
- Strong understanding of IT systems, networking, and avionics principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and under pressure during trials.
- Willingness to travel for field support activities and on-site trials as required.
- Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of aviation safety standards and regulatory requirements is highly desirable.
