- Coordinate end-to-end vendor integration projects across multiple stakeholders
- Track project milestones, timelines, and deliverables using project management tools
- Facilitate communication between technical teams, vendors, and internal departments
- Support testing phases and validate integration outcomes against specifications
- Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring smooth delivery
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and status reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on integration requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Project Management, or related field
- 2+ years of project coordination experience with vendor integrations
- Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana)
- Strong understanding of SDLC and integration testing methodologies
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Experience with API and third-party system integrations preferred
