- Support the central Integrity Office team across global operations and whistleblower programme management
- Investigate and document integrity-related cases with thorough attention to detail
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with regional teams to implement compliance standards in Indonesia
- Maintain confidential case records and reporting systems
- Conduct risk assessments for integrity-related vulnerabilities
- Assist in developing training materials for staff on ethical conduct
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in compliance, risk management, or audit
- Knowledge of anti-bribery, AML, and financial regulations
- Strong analytical and investigative skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
- Proficiency in case management software and MS Office Suite
