Are you an experienced Intellectual Property Paralegal seeking a fully remote opportunity in the heart of Singapore's Central Region? Auriga IP Pte Ltd is looking for a dedicated professional to join our team on a full-time, work-from-home basis. In this role, you will be the backbone of our IP operations, handling everything from initial client consultations to final filings and portfolio maintenance.
Your day-to-day will involve preparing and filing patent applications, trademark registrations, and copyrights with local and international IP offices. You will be responsible for conducting thorough prior art and trademark searches, analyzing results, and drafting reports. Additionally, you will manage deadlines, maintain records, and communicate directly with clients and foreign associates to ensure seamless prosecution of IP assets.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with IP databases are essential. Proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of additional Asian languages is a plus.

- Manage and maintain intellectual property portfolios for clients.
- Prepare and file patent, trademark, and copyright applications.

Kualifikasi
- Paralegal certificate or diploma, preferably with a focus on intellectual property law.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an IP paralegal in a law firm or corporate setting.
- In-depth knowledge of patent, trademark, and copyright procedures in Singapore and internationally.
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with IP management software and online databases.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote home-office environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
