Tanggung Jawab
- Create detailed 2D floor plans, elevations, and technical drawings using CAD software
- Collaborate with design team to translate concepts into executable technical documentation
- Ensure all drawings comply with building codes, regulations, and project specifications
- Develop material schedules and specifications for interior elements
- Revise drawings based on feedback from architects, clients, and contractors
- Maintain organized digital archives of project documentation
- Coordinate with furniture and fixture suppliers for accurate technical representation
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in 2D drafting for interior projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other drafting software
- Strong understanding of spatial relationships and technical drawing standards
- Portfolio demonstrating drafting capabilities and design sensibility
- Excellent attention to detail and precision in technical documentation
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills in both English and Indonesian
