We are currently seeking a talented and passionate Interior Architect to join our creative team. This is a full-time opportunity for a professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is dedicated to delivering high-quality design solutions.
In this role, you will be responsible for translating client visions into tangible design concepts. You will work closely with our team to develop interior layouts, select materials, and oversee project execution. We are looking for an individual with a strong command of English to effectively communicate with international clients and stakeholders. Tanggung Jawab
- Conceptualize and design innovative interior spaces tailored to residential and commercial requirements.
- Prepare detailed floor plans, elevations, and construction drawings using AutoCAD or Revit.
- Develop 3D visualizations, renderings, and mood boards to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Source and select appropriate materials, furniture, lighting, and fixtures that align with the project vision.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure the accurate implementation of designs.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, assess quality, and resolve any design-related issues.
- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or Architecture.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in interior design or architecture.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) is a must.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite).
- A strong portfolio demonstrating previous residential and/or commercial projects.
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian building regulations and local materials.
- Excellent project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
