Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct in-depth client consultations to understand lifestyle needs, design preferences, and budget requirements.
- Develop creative and innovative interior design concepts, including mood boards and 3D visualizations.
- Create detailed project proposals, including floor plans, material selections, and furniture layouts.
- Manage the end-to-end client relationship from the initial inquiry through to project completion and handover.
- Collaborate effectively with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure high-quality execution of designs.
- Attend showroom events and property launches to meet potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
- Stay abreast of the latest interior design trends, materials, and product innovations to offer cutting-edge solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Interior Design Consultant or in a similar design sales role.
- A strong, professional portfolio showcasing residential or commercial design projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse clients.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and strict deadlines.
- Valid driver's license (preferred for site visits and showroom travel).
- A genuine passion for design and a keen eye for detail.
