Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct in-depth client consultations to understand design needs, lifestyle, and budget constraints.
- Develop creative and functional interior design concepts, space plans, and mood boards.
- Present design proposals, product selections, and cost estimates to clients effectively.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, overseeing timelines, budgets, and quality control.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, materials, and products to provide innovative solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in interior design, sales consultancy, or related roles.
- Proven track record in sales and client relationship management.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or 3D rendering tools.
- Strong understanding of materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
