Join EPS Malaysia as our Interior Design Director and lead transformative commercial design projects across hospitality, retail, and office spaces. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end interior design projects for commercial sectors including hospitality, retail, and office spaces
- Develop comprehensive design concepts, mood boards, and detailed technical drawings
- Manage project lifecycles from conceptualization to implementation and post-occupancy evaluation
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless execution
- Mentor and develop design teams while fostering a culture of innovation
- Conduct client presentations and ensure satisfaction through design excellence
- Stay abreast of global design trends, materials, and sustainable practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 8+ years of commercial interior design experience with 3+ years in leadership
- Proven portfolio showcasing hospitality, retail, and office projects
- Expert proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong project management skills with budget and timeline expertise
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Knowledge of Malaysian building codes and compliance requirements
