Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end interior design projects for hotel properties, ensuring alignment with brand standards and client expectations
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources while maintaining quality control throughout the design and implementation phases
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors to translate design concepts into functional, aesthetically pleasing spaces
- Conduct site visits to oversee construction progress, resolve design challenges, and ensure adherence to specifications
- Develop detailed design documentation including mood boards, material palettes, and technical drawings
- Stay current with global hospitality design trends and innovative materials to maintain competitive edge
- Mentor junior designers and coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and secure necessary approvals through effective communication
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field from an accredited institution
- Minimum 5 years of experience in interior design with at least 2 years in hotel/hospitality specialization
- Proven portfolio demonstrating successful luxury hotel interior projects
- Expert proficiency in design software including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D rendering tools
- Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple concurrent projects
- Excellent knowledge of Indonesian building codes, safety regulations, and sustainable design practices
- Exceptional communication skills with fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and creative vision
