Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive site surveys and spatial analysis for design projects
- Create detailed 3D visualizations and renderings using industry-standard software
- Develop technical working drawings including floor plans, elevations, and sections
- Assist in material selection, sourcing, and specification documentation
- Collaborate with senior designers on concept development and client presentations
- Participate in project coordination meetings and progress reviews
- Maintain organized project documentation and design archives
Kualifikasi
- Currently enrolled in Interior Design, Architecture, or related design program
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit)
- Strong understanding of technical drawing standards and drafting conventions
- Basic knowledge of Indonesian building codes and regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and spatial visualization abilities
- Portfolio demonstrating design projects and technical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficient in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
