ByteDance is looking for an Interior Design Project Intern to join our Workplace Design team in Singapore for a 2026 start. In this role, you will contribute to the evolution of our global office environments, blending aesthetic excellence with functional efficiency to support our fast-paced culture.
As an intern within the Workplace Design Solutions department, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Space Process & Experience managers, to define how our physical spaces influence innovation and employee well-being. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the design development phase for new office fit-outs and renovation projects.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external consultants to ensure project alignment with brand standards.
- Support the Space Process & Experience team in gathering workplace data and analyzing utilization patterns.
- Develop detailed design documentation, including floor plans, 3D renderings, and mood boards using industry-standard software.
- Participate in site visits, inspections, and project coordination meetings to track construction progress.
- Maintain project libraries, material samples, and design specifications.
- Contribute to the research of emerging workplace design trends and sustainable design practices.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Available for an internship starting in 2026.
- Strong proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent visual communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with a keen interest in office space optimization and human-centric design.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
