Syarikat Yoong Onn is seeking a motivated Interior Design Sales Support to join our dynamic team in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan. In this role, you will be the bridge between our design experts and clients, ensuring a seamless experience from the initial inquiry through to project completion.
You will handle incoming sales enquiries, schedule design consultations, and guide clients through our service offerings. Collaborating closely with the design and project management teams, you will prepare detailed quotations, track project milestones, and ensure timely delivery of interior solutions that meet each client's vision and budget.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and respond to sales enquiries via phone, email, and inâperson meetings.
- Schedule and conduct design consultations with prospective clients, understanding their requirements and presenting suitable solutions.
- Coordinate with the design team to develop accurate project proposals, including material selections and pricing.
- Prepare and issue detailed quotations, monitor approval processes, and follow up on contracts.
- Track project progress, liaise with contractors, and ensure timely delivery of interior fitâouts.
- Maintain client relationships and address any postâproject concerns to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Support marketing initiatives by participating in exhibitions, openâhouses, and promotional events.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales support, customer service, or a clientâfacing role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
- Basic knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar is advantageous.
- Ability to interpret design drawings and material specifications.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive, detailâoriented, and capable of working under tight deadlines.
