Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop comprehensive interior concepts for retail and office spaces in the General Appliances sector
- Collaborate with clients to understand brand requirements and translate them into functional design solutions
- Create detailed technical drawings, 3D visualizations, and material specifications
- Manage project timelines and budgets while ensuring design quality and compliance with regulations
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to implement design plans
- Stay current with industry trends, materials, and sustainable design practices
- Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders for feedback and approval
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial interior design, particularly retail or office environments
- Proficiency in design software including AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful retail/office design projects
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to articulate design concepts
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Jakarta
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
