Join Erajaya's dynamic design team as an Interior Design Supervisor and lead transformative projects that redefine spaces. In this pivotal role, you'll orchestrate the entire design lifecycle—from initial concept development to final execution—ensuring each project aligns with brand vision and functional excellence. You'll spearhead the creation of detailed 3D perspectives, construction drawings, and material specifications while collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver cohesive design solutions. This position offers the opportunity to mentor junior designers, drive innovation in sustainable design practices, and shape the aesthetic identity of Erajaya's commercial and residential spaces. Your leadership will ensure projects meet stringent quality standards while adhering to budgetary constraints and timeline requirements.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end interior design projects from concept to completion
- Develop detailed design documentation including 3D perspectives and construction drawings
- Coordinate with internal teams (project management, procurement) and external stakeholders
- Manage design resources and vendor relationships to ensure project efficiency
- Mentor and guide junior designers to enhance team capabilities
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve design challenges
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Research and implement innovative design materials and technologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of interior design experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse project types and design solutions
- Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
- Expertise in space planning, material selection, and lighting design
- Knowledge of local building codes and Jakarta-specific regulations
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
