Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design team in creating detailed 3D perspectives and construction drawings that align with project requirements.
- Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure design feasibility and quality control.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and resolve on-site design issues.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering professional growth.
- Prepare comprehensive project proposals and presentations to communicate design concepts to clients and management.
- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring deliverables are met within agreed parameters.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in interior design and a minimum of 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
- Proficiency in design software including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of residential and commercial interior design projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
