Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and develop comprehensive design requirements including 3D perspectives and construction drawings
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure project alignment
- Supervise design teams providing mentorship and performance guidance
- Review and approve design concepts ensuring compliance with brand standards
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies for design implementations
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging design technologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of interior design experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong portfolio demonstrating commercial/retail design projects
- Excellent leadership and team management capabilities
- Proven project coordination and vendor management experience
- Knowledge of Indonesian building codes and construction standards
