China Construction Yangtze River Indonesia is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Interior Design/Technical Engineer to join our dynamic team for a prestigious project based in Ubud, Bali. You will be responsible for ensuring that all interior elements are technically sound, aesthetically pleasing, and aligned with the project's structural requirements. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, review, and finalize detailed interior shop drawings to ensure technical accuracy and design compliance.
- Coordinate closely with architects, project managers, and subcontractors to resolve technical discrepancies on-site.
- Supervise interior installation processes to ensure they meet the highest quality and safety standards.
- Prepare and manage the Bill of Quantities (BoQ) and technical specifications for interior materials.
- Perform regular site inspections and provide engineering solutions for any design challenges encountered during construction.
- Maintain thorough documentation of technical revisions, site reports, and project progress.
- Ensure all interior design elements integrate seamlessly with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure materials meet project standards and delivery schedules.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in technical engineering or interior project management.
- Mastery of AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit; proficiency in 3D rendering software is a plus.
- Strong understanding of interior construction materials, detailing, and fabrication processes.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex architectural blueprints.
- Willingness to be stationed in Ubud, Bali, and adhere to the 10:12 roster schedule.
- Effective communication skills in English and Indonesian to facilitate stakeholder management.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to meeting strict project deadlines.
