Are you a creative Interior Designer with a passion for retail space optimization? We are currently seeking a talented and detail-oriented professional to join our team in Surabaya. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the customer experience by designing functional and aesthetically pleasing interiors for retail environments, specifically supermarkets and minimarkets.
As our Interior Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing store layouts that maximize flow, brand identity, and commercial efficiency. You will work closely with our operations team to transform raw spaces into vibrant, organized, and inviting retail destinations. If you have a sharp eye for spatial planning, lighting, and material selection, we want to hear from you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop innovative interior design concepts for retail stores, including supermarkets and minimarkets.
- Create detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D visualizations to communicate design intent.
- Select appropriate materials, finishes, and color palettes that align with brand standards.
- Perform lighting analysis and layouts using DIAlux to ensure optimal store visibility.
- Coordinate with vendors and on-site contractors to ensure design execution matches the project blueprint.
- Conduct site visits to document progress and ensure high-quality finishes.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting project deadlines.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience in commercial or retail interior design is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software: SketchUp, V-Ray, Enscape, and AutoCAD.
- Strong knowledge of lighting design software, specifically DIAlux.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and architectural blueprints.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present creative ideas effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
