Tanggung Jawab
- Consult with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget for interior spaces.
- Develop creative design concepts, mood boards, and space plans that align with client objectives.
- Present design proposals, including 3D visualisations and material selections, to secure project approvals.
- Manage projects from concept to completion, coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and installers.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective client engagement and closing techniques.
- Stay updated on design trends, materials, and products to offer innovative solutions.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and project documentation promptly and accurately.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in interior design, preferably with a sales component.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and finished projects.
- Proven sales track record or strong willingness to learn sales techniques.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Singapore's building regulations and renovation processes is a plus.
