We are seeking an experienced and imaginative Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design process for multiple projects simultaneously, from initial concept development and space planning to material selection and final installation.
- Create compelling presentations, mood boards, and detailed technical drawings using advanced design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max).
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, contractors, and suppliers to bring design visions to life.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure design integrity.
- Stay current with global design trends, materials, and sustainability practices to infuse fresh ideas into every project.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to a vibrant, knowledge-sharing studio culture.
- Present innovative design solutions directly to clients, building strong relationships and securing project approvals.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related creative field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in an interior design firm.
- Expert proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering engines (e.g., V-Ray, Enscape).
- A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing exceptional conceptual and technical design skills.
- Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and building regulations in Singapore.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with proven experience in client presentations.
