Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end interior design process, from conceptualization and schematic design to detailed construction documentation.
- Develop creative design concepts, mood boards, and 3D visualizations to effectively communicate ideas to clients and stakeholders.
- Select and specify materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures that align with the project budget and design intent.
- Coordinate closely with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to oversee site execution and ensure quality control.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Conduct on-site inspections to monitor progress and resolve any design or construction-related issues.
- Present design proposals and reports to clients, incorporating feedback and making necessary revisions.
Kualifikasi
- Relevant Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in interior design, preferably in residential or commercial projects.
- Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign).
- A strong, well-curated portfolio demonstrating a range of design styles and project types.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Valid design professional registration (e.g., BCA registered) is an advantage.
