Tanggung Jawab
- Develop comprehensive interior design concepts that align with client requirements and project goals.
- Create detailed design development drawings, floor plans, and mood boards.
- Provide professional consultation and aesthetic advice to clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage technical documentation, including construction drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure design integrity during the construction phase.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and troubleshoot design implementation issues.
- Stay up-to-date with current design trends, materials, and local building regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Interior Designer or a strong portfolio showcasing residential/commercial projects.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of construction details, material selection, and lighting design.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively pitch design concepts.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and a creative problem-solving mindset.
