Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop comprehensive interior solutions for office fit-out projects
- Create detailed 2D/3D drawings, mood boards, and material palettes
- Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and present design concepts
- Oversee project execution from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with specifications
- Source and select furniture, fixtures, and finishes within budget constraints
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve design-related issues
- Stay current with industry trends and sustainable design practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial/office interior design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D rendering software
- Strong portfolio showcasing office fit-out projects
- Excellent communication and client presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of Indonesian building codes and regulations
