In this role, you will be responsible for creating comprehensive interior concepts, developing mood boards, selecting appropriate color schemes, materials, and furniture that align with both client preferences and industry trends. You'll collaborate with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and budget constraints while ensuring designs are both beautiful and practical.
Our ideal candidate brings a strong portfolio showcasing their design expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as within a team. Tanggung Jawab
- Create innovative interior concepts and designs tailored to client needs and preferences
- Develop comprehensive mood boards, color schemes, material selections, and furniture arrangements
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and budget constraints
- Prepare detailed design plans, including 2D layouts and 3D visualizations
- Source and select appropriate materials, furniture, and decor elements
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards
- Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders for approval
- Oversee the implementation of designs to ensure they are executed according to specifications
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in interior design or a similar role
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills and creative abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of current design trends, materials, and industry best practices
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
