Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with the principal and team members to develop innovative design concepts for hospitality and luxury residential projects
- Create detailed design plans, including space planning, material selection, and color schemes
- Prepare technical drawings, 3D visualizations, and mood boards to communicate design concepts effectively
- Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and preferences while providing professional design guidance
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure design specifications are implemented accurately
- Stay updated on current design trends, materials, and technologies to bring fresh perspectives to projects
- Assist in project management tasks, including timeline management and budget adherence
- Participate in site visits to monitor project progress and ensure quality implementation of design plans
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- Proven experience in interior design, preferably with hospitality or luxury residential projects
- Strong portfolio showcasing design concepts, technical drawings, and completed projects
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design ideas to clients and team members
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality throughout the design process
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to address design challenges and client requirements
