Tanggung Jawab
- Develop innovative interior design concepts for retail spaces that align with client brand identity and objectives
- Create detailed design plans, including 2D layouts, 3D visualizations, and material specifications
- Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and incorporate feedback into design concepts
- Manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
- Select and specify appropriate materials, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E)
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure quality implementation of designs
- Stay updated on current design trends, materials, and technologies in the retail design industry
- Prepare presentations and proposals to effectively communicate design concepts to stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail interior design or commercial space planning
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful retail design projects
- Excellent understanding of spatial planning, color theory, and lighting design principles
- Ability to translate client requirements into creative and functional design solutions
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design concepts
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
