Tanggung Jawab
- Develop comprehensive design plans including space layouts, material selections, and color schemes
- Create detailed 2D drawings and 3D visualizations using industry-standard software
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently
- Conduct site visits and provide on-site design guidance during implementation
- Stay updated on emerging design trends, materials, and sustainable practices
- Present design concepts to clients and incorporate feedback iteratively
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- 3+ years of professional interior design experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D rendering tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse project types and design styles
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills
- Knowledge of Malaysian building codes, regulations, and material sourcing
- Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines
