Tanggung Jawab
- Develop comprehensive design concepts and space plans for residential and commercial projects
- Create detailed technical drawings including floor plans, elevations, and 3D visualizations
- Select appropriate materials, furniture, fixtures, and finishes to achieve design objectives
- Present design proposals to clients and stakeholders with compelling visual documentation
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure design specifications are accurately implemented
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver projects on schedule
- Stay current with design trends, sustainability practices, and local building regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of professional interior design experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D rendering software
- Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse project types and design styles
- Excellent knowledge of spatial planning, color theory, and material applications
- Exceptional communication and client presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
- Understanding of Indonesian building codes and accessibility standards
