- Develop and present innovative interior design concepts for residential and commercial projects
- Create detailed technical drawings, mood boards, and 3D visualizations using industry-standard software
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships throughout design execution
- Conduct site assessments and coordinate with contractors to ensure design fidelity
- Source and specify materials, furniture, and finishes that align with project requirements
- Adhere to local building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability principles
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to integrate design with structural elements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- 3+ years of professional experience in interior design with portfolio showcasing diverse projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D rendering tools
- Strong understanding of space planning, color theory, and material science
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Knowledge of Balinese design aesthetics and sustainable practices
