Tanggung Jawab
- Develop comprehensive interior design concepts and space planning for residential and commercial projects.
- Create detailed 2D/3D visualizations and technical drawings for client presentations and construction execution.
- Select and specify materials, furniture, finishes, and lighting fixtures that align with project budgets and design intents.
- Coordinate closely with clients to understand their needs, refine design directions, and manage expectations.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensure quality control, and resolve design-related challenges during construction.
- Manage project documentation, including specifications, schedules, and mood boards.
- Collaborate with the internal architectural team to ensure harmony between interior spaces and structural design.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience in professional interior design or architecture.
- Proficiency in design software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or Enscape.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful residential or commercial interior projects.
- Deep understanding of materials, interior finishing techniques, and construction detailing.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present design concepts effectively to clients.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
