We are looking for an individual who isn't afraid to step away from the desk and get involved in the real-world aspects of interior construction and manufacturing.

You will work closely with our production teams, overseeing projects from initial concept to the final installation on-site. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop creative and functional interior design concepts for residential and commercial projects.
- Translate design concepts into detailed technical drawings and manufacturing specifications.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure project execution aligns with the design vision and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, fabricators, and suppliers to manage project timelines and material sourcing.
- Troubleshoot on-site construction issues and provide effective, immediate solutions.
- Prepare project presentations, material boards, and client documentation.
- Actively participate in the construction and manufacturing process to gain deep technical industry knowledge.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to work hard and thrive in field-based environments.
- Strong interest in mastering technical construction details and furniture manufacturing techniques.
- Proficiency in interior design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or V-Ray.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel to various project sites across the Bali region.
