Tanggung Jawab
- Develop comprehensive design concepts and create detailed plans for interior spaces
- Select and specify furniture, fixtures, materials, and color schemes that align with client requirements
- Create 2D and 3D design models using specialized software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
- Manage project timelines and budgets while maintaining quality standards
- Conduct regular site visits and oversee implementation to ensure design integrity
- Stay updated on current design trends, materials, and sustainable practices
- Prepare presentations and design documentation for client approval
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in interior design
- Proficiency in design software including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Revit
- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects with before-and-after transformations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design concepts
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainable design principles
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
