Tanggung Jawab
- Develop comprehensive design concepts, mood boards, and space planning layouts that align with client requirements and budget constraints.
- Translate design ideas into high-quality 2D/3D visual representations using industry-standard software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max).
- Manage the end-to-end design process, from initial client briefings and site surveys to material selection and final styling.
- Collaborate closely with contractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure project execution adheres to design specifications and quality standards.
- Prepare detailed construction drawings, technical documentation, and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) schedules.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address technical challenges, and ensure design integrity throughout the construction phase.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current design trends, materials, and sustainable building technologies.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of professional experience in interior design or a related creative field.
- Proficiency in design software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering tools like V-Ray or Enscape.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in space planning, color theory, and material application.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively pitch design concepts to clients.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- A proactive mindset with a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to design excellence.
