Tanggung Jawab
- Develop creative design concepts, mood boards, and space plans tailored to client needs.
- Prepare detailed technical drawings, 3D renderings, and material specifications.
- Manage end-to-end project timelines, ensuring designs are delivered on schedule and within budget.
- Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure quality execution on site.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to maintain high standards of workmanship.
- Present design proposals clearly and professionally to stakeholders and clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, sustainable design practices, and new building materials.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in interior design or a similar role.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of interior construction detailing and space planning.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively.
- A keen eye for aesthetics, color theory, and material selection.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
