Tanggung Jawab
- Develop innovative interior design concepts and creative solutions based on client requirements.
- Produce detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D visualizations using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit.
- Collaborate closely with the furniture production team to ensure design feasibility and material quality.
- Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and monitor construction progress.
- Select appropriate furniture, fixtures, lighting, and finishes to enhance the visual appeal of the space.
- Prepare comprehensive project proposals and presentations for clients.
- Manage project timelines and ensure designs are delivered within budget constraints.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience in interior design, preferably within the design and build industry.
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Revit).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating previous design work and project case studies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and interior construction techniques.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
