Tanggung Jawab
- Develop comprehensive design concepts including space planning, color schemes, and material selections
- Create detailed 2D drawings and 3D visualizations using industry-standard software
- Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and present design proposals
- Source and procure furniture, fixtures, and finishes that align with project vision
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships
- Coordinate with contractors to ensure seamless execution of design plans
- Stay updated on emerging design trends and sustainable practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- 3+ years of professional interior design experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D rendering tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse project types and design styles
- Excellent communication and client presentation skills
- Knowledge of local Balinese materials, craftsmanship, and regulations
- Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail
