Tanggung Jawab
- Develop comprehensive design concepts including mood boards, 2D/3D layouts, and material specifications
- Conduct client consultations to understand project requirements, preferences, and budget constraints
- Create detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit for implementation
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution
- Source and specify furniture, fixtures, and finishes that align with design vision and functionality
- Prepare cost estimates and manage project budgets throughout the design lifecycle
- Present design proposals to clients and stakeholders with compelling visual narratives
- Stay updated on emerging design trends, materials, and sustainable practices
Kualifikasi
- Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of professional interior design experience with portfolio demonstrating diverse projects
- Proficiency in design software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D rendering tools
- Strong understanding of spatial planning, color theory, and material applications
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate client needs into actionable designs
- Knowledge of Malaysian building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strict attention to deadlines
- Proven problem-solving skills in addressing design challenges and client revisions
