Tanggung Jawab
- Develop comprehensive design concepts and detailed floor plans for residential and commercial spaces
- Create 2D/3D renderings and mood boards using industry-standard software (AutoCAD, SketchUp)
- Source and select furniture, materials, and finishes that align with project requirements and budgets
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships throughout the design lifecycle
- Present design proposals to clients and incorporate feedback iteratively
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards
- Stay current with emerging design trends, technologies, and sustainable practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- 3+ years of professional interior design experience with portfolio showcasing diverse projects
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Strong understanding of space planning, color theory, and material science
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Knowledge of Malaysian building codes and regulations
- Certification in interior design (NCIDQ or equivalent) preferred
