Tanggung Jawab
- Develop comprehensive interior design concepts aligned with client requirements and brand identity
- Create detailed technical drawings, 3D visualizations, and material specifications
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution
- Conduct site assessments and provide design recommendations for optimal space utilization
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality control during implementation
- Present design proposals to clients and incorporate feedback iteratively
- Research emerging materials, technologies, and sustainable design methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of professional interior design experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse project types and design styles
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Deep understanding of spatial planning, ergonomics, and building codes
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
