Tanggung Jawab
- Develop comprehensive design concepts and technical drawings for residential/commercial spaces
- Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and translate visions into actionable plans
- Prepare 2D/3D visualizations, mood boards, and material specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors for project execution
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and budget constraints
- Present design proposals to clients and stakeholders for approval
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and quality control
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Degree in Interior Design or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of professional interior design experience
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse project types
- Excellent spatial awareness, color theory, and material knowledge
