Tanggung Jawab
- Develop comprehensive design concepts, mood boards, and 3D visualizations for residential or commercial projects.
- Create precise technical drawings, floor plans, and elevation views using industry-standard design software.
- Select and source high-quality furniture, lighting, materials, and finishes that align with project budgets and aesthetics.
- Conduct site visits to ensure project progress adheres to design specifications and quality standards.
- Maintain clear communication with clients to understand their needs and present design proposals effectively.
- Manage project timelines to ensure milestones are met efficiently.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and craftsmen to ensure seamless implementation of design plans.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven professional experience in interior design.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility in design style and technical competency.
- Excellent understanding of spatial planning, color theory, and material properties.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate design concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple project priorities.
