Tanggung Jawab
- Develop detailed design concepts, mood boards, and space planning layouts for high-end projects.
- Coordinate with clients to define project requirements, budgets, and aesthetic preferences.
- Create comprehensive 2D and 3D visualizations, renderings, and technical construction drawings.
- Manage end-to-end project timelines, ensuring all stages meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to source materials and oversee on-site implementation.
- Prepare accurate project documentation, including specifications and bill of quantities (BQ).
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure design integrity and address technical challenges.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of professional experience in interior design, preferably in high-end residential or commercial sectors.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software including AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar rendering tools.
- Strong understanding of construction materials, furniture selection, and lighting design.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- A keen eye for detail, color, texture, and current design trends.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
