Tanggung Jawab
- Develop comprehensive interior design concepts including layouts, color schemes, and material selections
- Create detailed technical drawings, 3D visualizations, and mood boards for client presentations
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure design specifications are accurately implemented
- Conduct site assessments and space planning analysis to optimize functionality and flow
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver high-quality results
- Research emerging design trends and sustainable materials to inform creative solutions
- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of professional interior design experience with portfolio showcasing commercial projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D rendering software
- Strong understanding of space planning, ergonomics, and sustainable design principles
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Certification in interior design or related field preferred
- Experience working in insurance or corporate environment advantageous
