Tanggung Jawab
- Develop comprehensive interior design concepts including layouts, color schemes, and material selections
- Create detailed technical drawings, 3D visualizations, and mood boards for client presentations
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely project execution within budget
- Conduct site assessments and space planning to optimize functionality and flow
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and sustainable design practices
- Manage design documentation including specifications, schedules, and compliance with building codes
- Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and deliver tailored design solutions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of professional interior design experience
- Proficiency in design software including AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong portfolio demonstrating spatial planning and material expertise
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
- Knowledge of Malaysian building codes and safety regulations
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
